Conflict of Interest

The firm is very cautious with respect to present or eventual conflicts of interest that might arise during the representation of a client, and will inform the client on any such situation prior to furthering any activities on its behalf. Said conflict of interests may be resolved by terminating the representation or limiting it to certain business interests of the client, depending on each situation and always at the option of the client. If conflict of interest arises after the firm has been retained, the first option will be offered to the client that first retained the firm. In any event, the principle of confidentiality of the client-attorney relationship is strictly observed.
